Complaints

NetStart Pty Ltd takes all complaints seriously and is committed to providing an quick, fair and simple method for the handling of complaints.

Your right to complain is set out in the .au Domain Name Suppliers’ Code of Practice (2004-04), specifically clauses 14 and 15. Please also refer to http://www.auda.org.au/help/faq-¬≠index/.

You can email us using your own email client by directing complaints to support@netstart.com.au or alternatively you can telephone us on 1300 789 375.

To assist us in dealing with your complaint, please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your issue.

We will acknowledge your emails/phone calls within 5 business days of receipt and will use our best endeavours to deal with your complaint within 30 days. If this is not possible we will keep you informed as to the progress of your complaint.

If you believe that we have not handled your complaint correctly you have the right to refer the complaint to the Australian Domain Name Administrator, auDA (http://www.auda.org.au).
